Jason Reynolds helps injured people get the medical treatment they need and fair compensation from those who caused their injuries. He has handled complex personal injury and wrongful death cases since 2007.
Eight years of practice on the defense side of personal injury litigation gave Jason a unique perspective. He defended large corporations and national trucking companies in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases at a big law firm. Since 2015 he has used that experience to maximize results for his clients, real people with true injuries. Jason focuses his practice on personal injury, wrongful death, tractor-trailer accidents, serious automobile accidents, premises liability (slip and fall), and nursing home abuse and neglect.
Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, Jason received his JD from the University of South Carolina in Columbia and earned a BA from The Citadel in Charleston. SuperLawyers® named Jason a Rising Star in South Carolina in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2020 and named him a Super Lawyer every year since (2021-2025) based on his successes helping clients. Jason practices in all courts in South Carolina. He has tried cases involving personal injuries in multiple courts and handled personal injury cases all over the United States.
Jason is heavily involved in his community and beyond. He has served on multiple committees for the City of Columbia and on the governing boards for Young Life Columbia Downtown, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Haiti Under God and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Discovery Academy, a private Christian school in Quito, Ecuador.
